I am starting a new fitness gym for kids; the preschool program is unique in that I would like to incorporate academic learning in the physical activity classes I teach. I would love to receive the curriculums for ages to 5 years old so that I can incorporate these concepts into my lesson plans!

Am I too late for the free preschool curriculum?
I have two small children and have recently started to homeschool but am finding it very difficult to come up with activities on a daily basis.
Honestly I’m not even sure what all they need to learn before Kindergarden or how fast/slow I should be trying to go.
Even more difficult is that one of them had a year and a half of actual preschool while the other has had none at all.
