Q. What's the difference between the Curriculum Workbooks, the Curriculum Downloads and the Curriculum CDs?
A. Nothing. The Age 2 Curriculum Workbooks, the Age 2 Online Curriculum Downloads, and the Age 2 Curriculum CDs are the same. The Age 3 Curriculum Workbooks, the Age 3 Online Curriculum Downloads, and the Age 3 Curriculum CDs are the same. The Age 4 thru 6 Curriculum Workbooks, the Age 4 thru 6 Online Curriculum Downloads, and the Age 4 thru 6 Curriculum CDs are the same.
Q. If all types of items are the same why is there such a big price difference.
A. The reason for such a large price difference between the wipe-off workbooks and the downloads / CDs is because the supplies to make the wipe-off workbooks are very expensive. That is the only reason for such a large price difference. The curriculum materials used in each subject in each type of curriculum are exactly the same.
Q. Does my child have to complete the curriculum in 9 months?
A. No, of course not. Take it at the speed that you and the child feel comfortable. If the child is getting frustrated take it slower. When you see the child is getting frustrated then stop for the day and try again the next day. The child should feel no pressure. This should be fun.
Q. Are these workbooks just for Homeschooling preschool or can they be used in a daycare?
A. Absolutely these workbooks can be used in a daycare. When I first started out the majority of workbooks were sold to parents homeschooling their children. However, about 50% of my workbooks are now sold to daycares. You can email me to get a price quote.
Q. I don't live in the United States - can I still order a workbook?
A. No problem. Email me with your location and the item you were thinking of purchasing... I will work up a quote for shipping.
Q. What is the Teach the Parent Online Course?
A. There are three Teach the Parent Online Courses. These courses are intended for parents to learn how to create a home preschool for their child. These courses are taken online and can be completed in a couple of months. The first half of the course helps you discover what your child needs to learn before they start school, what personal goals you have for your child, and what learning styles your child has. The second half of the course is made up of mini lessons that were developed from the ABC Home Preschool Curriculum Workbooks.
Q. What are the Online Curriculums?
A. The Online Curriculums are exactly like the ABC Home Preschool Curriculum Workbooks. But, they are not wipe-off like the workbooks. However, within a few minutes you could download an entire curriculum to your computer. You will then be able to print off the worksheets and projects as often as you would like. Download now and study with your child later. Subjects include Reading, Writing, Arithmetic, Science and Social Studies.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my login and password for the Downloads or Online Courses?
A. You will receive your login and password within 24 hours. But, 90% of the time you will receive them within the first hour.
Q. I am getting a "Shopping Cart is Empty" error when I am trying to checkout, but I know that I have entered products into my shopping cart. How can I correct this?
A. You must make sure that "cookies is enabled" on your browser. This is very simple... choose the type of browser you have from the list below. Once you find your type of browser I have listed simple ways to rectify this problem:
For Internet Explorer 5.x, go to "Tools" on your browser menu. Select "Internet Options," then "Security," then "Custom Level." On this screen scroll down until you see "Cookies." Click on the button under "Cookies" that says "Enable." Then hit the "OK" button. You may need to go back to the catalog homepage to begin your order again.
For Internet Explorer 6.x, go to "Tools" on your browser menu. Select "Internet Options," then "Privacy" tab. On this screen, in the settings area, ensure that your browser is set to 'medium' or the default level. Then hit the 'Apply' button and then the 'OK' button. You will need to go back to the catalog homepage to begin your order again.
For Netscape, go to "Edit" on your browser menu. Select "Preferences," then "Advanced". Click on "Advanced," then look for "Cookies." Under "Cookies," click on the button "Accept all cookies." Then hit "OK."

Q. What is an easy way to wash off the Wipe-off markers from Skin and/or Countertops?
A. You will receive your login and password
within 24 hours. But, 90% of the time you will receive them
within the first hour.
Here are several ways you can safely (and quickly) remove these marks from skin:
-
Soak a cotton ball in baby oil or baby lotion and rub until marker is gone. Use a q-tip or old toothbrush to get underneath fingernails.
-
Rub a small amount of vaseline on marks, then wash the area with warm soap and water.
-
Spread some shaving cream on a table, tray or high chair and let your child play with the shaving cream until the marks are gone.
-
Spray some hairspray into your hands and rub gently over markered areas, carefully avoiding eyes.
Hairspray or shaving cream can also remove marker and other stains from your tables.
